OVERVIEW
Our Product Process
The four major components behind our productized advisement model.
1.1
First Round — General Intake
A broad first pass designed to capture the founder, the business, the stage, the vision, and the surrounding context. It creates the baseline for the work ahead.
Onboarding & Discovery
Two structured rounds of discovery designed to reduce ambiguity, sharpen the context, and build a stronger foundation for the work ahead.
Flexible Formats
By default, onboarding happens through our online discovery forms. They are structured, adaptive, and built to gather the context clearly and intelligently. If preferred, a phone call or video call can also be arranged.
Accuracy Before Analysis
Strong advisement starts with strong context. The discovery process is designed to make the work more accurate, more relevant, and more grounded before analysis begins.
2.1
Overview — Core Advisement
This is the central phase of the work. We step into the situation, work through the real problem, and build the advisement around the founder, the business, and the context at hand.
The Advisement
We step in, work through the actual problem, and build the advisement around the specifics of the situation, not a preset formula.
Hands-Off!
Once onboarding is complete, the work shifts to us. We take on the research, exploration, analysis, and strategic development needed to build the advisement properly.
Founder Education
The work is built to inform, not just direct. Alongside recommendations and strategy, the advisement helps the founder better understand the business, the decisions being made, and the reasoning behind them.
3.1
Client Portal — Central Delivery Space
The client portal is where the work is delivered and kept organized. Advisement, deliverables, notes, guides, and supporting resources all live in one clear place.
Organization & Delivery
The client portal acts as the central delivery space for advisement, deliverables, notes, and supporting resources throughout the engagement.
Adaptive Structure
No two products look the same or follow the exact same structure. The work is organized around the specific situation, so the final shape reflects what the founder, business, and problem actually call for.
Delivery Timeline
Every product is delivered within 7–14 business days after onboarding is complete. From that point forward, the full body of work is developed, organized, and prepared for delivery inside the client portal.
4.1
Value — Built Into the Model
The clarity period is a core part of the model. It keeps the engagement lightweight upfront while still creating real space for interpretation, follow-through, and deeper understanding after delivery.
Clarity Period
Following delivery, a 30-day clarity period gives space for questions, deeper clarification, and practical guidance on how to apply the work moving forward.
Clarity Through Application
The clarity period creates space to work through the product after delivery. It helps turn the advisement into something more understood, more usable, and more fully absorbed.
Defined Close
The project remains open through the full 30-day clarity period, then closes in a clear and formal way. That structure keeps the engagement focused, finite, and easy to understand.

LEAN BY DESIGN
Designed for accessibility
Focused guidance, minimal overhead, and a cleaner path forward.
Clear Process
A lighter process creates less drag, less waste, and a clearer path forward. We keep the engagement focused so founders get real guidance without unnecessary overhead.

Accessible Guidance
Early-stage support should not require a massive budget or a bloated engagement. Our model is built to make professional advisement easier to access and easier to use.

Premium Depth
The process stays light because early-stage solo businesses do not need excessive structure to be understood well. The context is tighter, the variables are fewer, and the guidance can stay focused on what actually matters.

Early-Stage Alignment
Solo founders at the beginning need clarity, structure, and efficient direction more than complexity. Our process is built to meet that stage properly and help move things forward with less waste.

Good advisement starts with good context. Two rounds of discovery give us the baseline, sharpen the important details, and surface anything that needs special attention before analysis begins.
Key parts of this phase:
Two structured rounds of discovery
General intake to establish the baseline
Custom follow-up to sharpen open areas
Space for special requests, concerns, or focus points
Flexible format based on what fits the situation best
What this phase is designed to do:
Reduce ambiguity before the real work begins
Strengthen the quality of the final advisement
Surface details that could otherwise be missed
Build around the actual situation, not assumptions
Make the work more precise from the start

How long does onboarding take?
In most cases, both onboarding series together take around 30 minutes to 1 hour total. That time is usually split up, with the second series focused on refining the situation rather than repeating the basics.

What if I am still early and do not have everything figured out yet?
That is normal. The process is built for early-stage ideas, developing projects, and businesses that are still taking shape, then works to sharpen the important details before the real advisement begins.

What kind of information should I be prepared to give?
The main context around who you are, what you are building, where it stands, what you are aiming for, and any important constraints, concerns, or special context that may affect the work.

Can I bring up special requests or specific areas of focus?
Yes. Special requests, custom needs, and important angles are encouraged throughout onboarding and communication so the advisement can reflect the real situation more accurately.

How is the work delivered and what happens after?
Everything is delivered through the client portal, with major deliverables, notes, commentary, instructions, and supporting guidance clearly organized in one place. After delivery, a 30-day clarity period begins for questions, clarification, and practical guidance before the project formally closes.

What happens when the clarity period ends?
The project formally closes. Products are finite by design, so the engagement does not continue beyond that point unless a new product, service, or separate next step is started.
