Last Updated: August 24, 2026

These Service Scope and Work Details describe Seedcore’s standard advisory work, Deliverables, implementation support, optional continuation Services, Client responsibilities, and exclusions.

These Work Details are incorporated into Seedcore’s Terms of Service. The applicable Order controls the exact scope, price, service period, delivery timing, and any agreed exceptions.

1. Service Purpose

Seedcore provides structured early-stage business advisory for first-time solo founders and early-stage companies.

The Services are designed to help a founder:

1.1. Understand what the business should become.

1.2. Determine whether the founder is building the right product, service, offer, or company.

1.3. Identify what is preventing the business from reaching customers, creating value, generating revenue, or operating consistently.

1.4. Replace unstructured uncertainty with a clearer diagnosis, focused direction, prioritized decisions, supporting intelligence, and an actionable path forward.

1.5. Reach meaningful customer value and revenue sooner while avoiding unnecessary work, premature complexity, and costly strategic mistakes.

Seedcore is not merely a course, chatbot, consulting call, document-delivery service, or generic template library. It combines structured intake, human strategic analysis, project-specific research, custom advisory output, education, resources, persistent project context, and optional implementation support.

2. Standard Engagement Structure

Unless an Order states otherwise, a Seedcore advisory engagement generally includes the following stages.

2.1. Purchase and access

Client purchases the engagement and receives access to the relevant onboarding and project systems.

2.2. Onboarding

Client completes an extensive adaptive onboarding process at Client’s own pace.

Onboarding may collect:

(a) founder goals;

(b) skills and experience;

(c) available time, capital, relationships, technology, and other resources;

(d) personal and operational constraints;

(e) the idea, business, offer, product, service, and revenue model;

(f) target customers and market assumptions;

(g) work already completed;

(h) validation attempts, experiments, customers, sales, and results;

(i) current questions, options, assumptions, and uncertainties; and

(j) documents, links, examples, research, and other project material.

2.3. Follow-up clarification

Seedcore may provide additional written questions or request a clarification call when important information is missing, inconsistent, uncertain, or strategically significant.

A call is not required unless the applicable Order states otherwise.

2.4. Scope confirmation

Seedcore reviews the Client’s context and defines the areas most likely to create value.

The scope normally identifies approximately six to eight core Deliverables or work areas. The exact selection depends on the founder, stage, evidence, priorities, and principal constraints.

2.5. Advisory and intelligence production

Seedcore conducts research, analysis, synthesis, strategic development, resource selection, education development, and Deliverable production.

Unless an Order states otherwise, the standard production target is seven to fourteen business days after onboarding and required clarification are complete.

2.6. Delivery

Seedcore delivers the completed advisory output through the Client portal and any export formats identified in the Order.

2.7. Clarification and application

An engagement may include a defined period for questions, clarification, prioritization, limited refinements, and help applying the work.

Depending on the purchased engagement, this period may range from fourteen to sixty days. The Order controls the actual period.

2.8. Optional continuation

Client may purchase Seedcore Intelligence access, Post-Delivery Advisory, Guided Implementation, or another continuation Service where available.

4.4. Published market, industry, and customer research.

4.5. Competitive products, pricing, positioning, and communications.

4.6. Reviews, forums, communities, interviews, public posts, and other lawful public sources.

4.7. Seedcore’s internal research structures, frameworks, and curated intelligence.

4.8. Technology-assisted search, retrieval, organization, and analysis.

Research is selected according to its relevance to the Client’s decisions. Seedcore does not represent that every potentially available source has been reviewed.

Unless an Order expressly includes it, research does not include:

(a) commissioned primary market research;

(b) statistical sampling;

(c) scientific experimentation;

(d) paid proprietary datasets;

(e) legal due diligence;

(f) financial auditing;

(g) formal customer interviews conducted by Seedcore;

(h) regulated industry certification; or

(i) independent verification of every Client statement.

Third-party information may be incomplete, outdated, estimated, biased, or later changed. Seedcore uses reasonable professional judgment but does not guarantee every external fact.

5. Education and Explanation

Seedcore provides education to help the Client understand and apply the work rather than merely receive conclusions.

Educational material may include:

5.1. Explanations of relevant business concepts.

5.2. The reasoning behind a recommendation.

5.3. Definitions and distinctions.

5.4. Examples and counterexamples.

5.5. Decision criteria.

5.6. Walkthroughs.

5.7. Frameworks.

5.8. Implementation instructions.

5.9. Risks and tradeoffs.

5.10. Common errors.

5.11. Supporting references and further reading.

5.12. Explanations of how different recommendations connect.

Education is project-specific but is not an accredited course, certification, academic program, or substitute for licensed professional training.

6. Resources and Supporting Material

Depending on the project, Seedcore may provide:

6.1. Templates.

6.2. Worksheets.

6.3. Checklists.

6.4. Scripts.

6.5. Examples.

6.6. Reference libraries.

6.7. Research collections.

6.8. Databases or lists.

6.9. Operating tools.

6.13. Reading, viewing, or learning material.

6.14. Project-specific assets.

6.15. Usage or implementation guides.

6.16. A project README or orientation guide.

Resources support the main advisory direction. They are not guaranteed to include every tool, source, template, or asset potentially relevant to the business.

A third-party resource may change, become unavailable, adopt new pricing, or no longer be suitable after delivery.

7. Custom Build-Out and Personalization

Seedcore builds each engagement around the Client’s actual context.

Personalization may affect:

7.1. The questions asked during onboarding.

7.2. Which issues receive detailed analysis.

7.3. Which Deliverables are selected.

7.4. The order and depth of work.

7.5. Customer and market research.

7.6. Recommendations.

7.7. Examples and comparisons.

7.8. Resources and education.

7.9. Implementation sequence.

7.10. The Client portal, project map, current focus, and supporting systems.

7.11. Seedcore Intelligence context.

7.12. Follow-up support.

Seedcore may use proprietary frameworks, reusable structures, internal processes, and standardized systems. Personalization means those systems are selected, adapted, populated, and developed around the Client’s business; it does not mean every underlying format is invented separately for each Client.

“Custom build-out” does not mean custom software development, custom application development, website development, or production implementation unless an Order expressly includes that work.

8. Deliverables

A standard engagement generally includes approximately six to eight core Deliverables selected around the business’s stage, priorities, and largest questions.

Possible Deliverables include:

8.1. Executive summary and priority map.

8.2. Current-state diagnosis.

8.3. Founder-resource and constraint assessment.

8.4. Customer or first-buyer profile.

8.5. Market and competitive analysis.

8.16. Execution system.

8.17. Founder playbook.

8.18. Decision memorandum.

8.19. Risk, assumption, and evidence map.

8.20. Resource and education collection.

This list illustrates possible work. It is not a promise that every item will be included.

A Deliverable may combine multiple related issues where doing so produces a clearer and more useful result.

9. Delivery Format

Delivery may include:

9.1. A private Client portal.

9.2. Web-based Deliverables.

9.3. PDF, Markdown, text, spreadsheet, presentation, or other identified exports.

9.4. A project map.

9.5. Current-focus and non-focus sections.

9.6. A resource and education library.

9.7. Questions and advisory communication.

9.8. Scheduling and next-step systems.

9.9. Seedcore Intelligence context where included.

Seedcore determines the working and export formats unless an Order identifies a required format.

Internal working files, prompts, raw research collections, unpublished drafts, notes, quality-control records, model configurations, or proprietary systems are not included unless expressly stated.

10. Clarification and Post-Delivery Support

Where included, the clarification period may provide:

10.1. Questions concerning the Deliverables.

10.2. Explanation of recommendations.

10.3. Help determining what to do first.

10.4. Guidance applying a recommendation.

10.5. Limited feedback on Client-created work.

10.6. Minor factual corrections.

10.7. Limited adjustments based on newly available information.

10.8. Small implementation-support tasks expressly connected to the original direction.

The clarification period is not:

(a) unlimited advisory access;

(b) unlimited revisions;

(c) a standing retainer;

(d) a new engagement;

(e) a replacement for Guided Implementation;

(f) an obligation to produce new core Deliverables; or

(g) an obligation to execute work for the Client.

Unused support expires at the end of the stated period unless an Order states otherwise.

11. Seedcore Intelligence

Where purchased or included, Seedcore Intelligence is an AI-assisted, project-aware knowledge and advisory interface.

It may incorporate:

11.1. The Client’s project context.

11.2. Delivered work.

11.3. Seedcore’s curated intelligence.

11.4. Relevant frameworks and resources.

11.5. Project-specific research.

11.6. Prior questions and decisions.

Seedcore Intelligence may help the Client:

(a) locate relevant project information;

(b) ask follow-up questions;

(c) understand Deliverables;

(d) compare options;

(e) apply recommendations;

(f) retrieve education and resources; and

(g) maintain continuity after delivery.

Seedcore Intelligence does not:

(a) independently operate the Client’s business;

(b) take external actions;

(c) guarantee factual accuracy;

(d) replace human judgment;

(e) provide licensed professional advice;

(f) guarantee real-time or comprehensive information; or

(g) include unlimited human advisory support unless the applicable Order says so.

Access lasts for the period stated in the Order and may end automatically when that period expires.

Seedcore’s Privacy, Confidentiality and Security Policy governs the use of Client Project Information in Seedcore Intelligence.

12. Post-Delivery Advisory

Where purchased, Post-Delivery Advisory may include:

12.1. A defined access period.

12.2. Seedcore Intelligence access.

12.3. One scheduled advisory or explanation call of the duration stated in the Order.

12.4. Ongoing written questions and clarification during the service period.

12.5. Prioritization and implementation guidance.

12.6. Feedback on work created by Client.

12.7. One bounded edit, rework, or strategic adjustment where stated.

12.8. Continued access to the original project context.

A bounded edit or strategic adjustment must remain connected to the original engagement. A materially new business direction, target customer, product, service, market, or body of work requires a separate scope.

13. Guided Implementation

Guided Implementation is an optional, time-limited continuation designed to help Client move from advisory direction into execution.

Depending on the Order, an engagement may last two, four, or six weeks and may include:

13.1. One scheduled advisory call per week.

13.2. Ongoing written questions, clarification, and feedback during the service period.

13.3. Implementation sequencing and prioritization.

13.4. Review of Client-created assets.

13.5. Seedcore Intelligence access.

13.6. One bounded custom request per week where stated in the Order.

A bounded custom request may include:

(a) targeted additional research;

(b) one supplemental Deliverable;

(c) a limited implementation-assistance task;

(d) review and revision guidance;

(e) a specification, outline, script, draft, or decision structure; or

(f) another project-specific strategic need reasonably connected to the original engagement.

A bounded request does not include:

(a) a new complete strategy;

(b) an unrelated business project;

(c) unlimited revisions;

(d) production-heavy assets;

(e) full website or software development;

(f) ongoing campaign management;

(g) done-for-you sales or marketing;

(h) work requiring a specialist not included in the Order; or

(i) work that cannot reasonably be completed within the weekly capacity reserved.

Unless the Order states otherwise:

(a) requests must be submitted during the applicable week;

(b) unused requests do not accumulate or convert to cash;

(c) calls and support expire at the end of the engagement;

(d) Seedcore may define a reasonable format and boundary for a request; and

(e) major new work requires a separate Order.

Guided Implementation increases the level of support. It does not transfer general responsibility for implementation from Client to Seedcore.

14. What Seedcore Does Not Provide

Unless an Order expressly states otherwise, Seedcore does not provide done-for-you business execution.

Excluded work includes:

14.1. Client acquisition and sales execution

15.4. Contacting prospects, customers, vendors, employees, investors, or regulators.

15.5. Entering contracts.

15.6. Making financial commitments.

15.7. Verifying legal, tax, financial, regulatory, and technical requirements.

15.8. Monitoring results and providing updated evidence.

15.9. Protecting Client’s accounts, systems, intellectual property, and data.

15.10. The accuracy and legality of Client’s external representations.

Even where Seedcore provides a draft, script, specification, prototype, example, or implementation plan, Client controls and is responsible for the final action.

16. Revisions and Refinements

16.1. Seedcore will correct material factual or production errors brought to its attention during the applicable support period.

16.2. Limited refinements may be included where stated in the Order.

16.3. A revision is outside scope when it arises from:

(a) a new preference not previously communicated;

(b) new or corrected Client information;

(c) a material change in business direction;

(d) a new target customer, market, product, or service;

(e) a request for another Deliverable;

(f) a request for production-heavy work; or

(g) disagreement with a reasonable strategic judgment rather than a failure to perform the agreed work.

16.4. Seedcore may separately scope substantial revisions.

17. Client Delays and Incomplete Information

17.1. Delivery periods do not begin until required onboarding and clarification are substantially complete.

17.2. Seedcore may pause work when Client information, access, decisions, or payment are missing.

17.3. Client delay may require a revised delivery date because production capacity may have been reassigned.

17.4. Seedcore is not responsible for recommendations made inaccurate by undisclosed or incorrect Client information.

17.5. If circumstances change materially during production, Client must notify Seedcore promptly.

18. Professional Judgment

18.1. Seedcore’s work involves judgment, inference, synthesis, prioritization, and uncertainty.

18.2. Reasonable advisers may reach different conclusions from the same information.

18.3. Seedcore may identify uncertainty, present multiple options, or recommend further testing instead of stating a definitive answer.

18.4. A recommendation reflects the information and conditions reasonably available when produced.

18.5. Client remains responsible for deciding whether later evidence requires a change.

19. Third-Party Information and Resources

19.1. Seedcore may rely on publicly available or Client-supplied information that cannot be independently verified.

19.2. Market estimates, customer behavior, competitor information, pricing, examples, and projections may change.

19.3. Seedcore does not control external websites, tools, vendors, datasets, or services.

19.4. Client must independently evaluate a third-party purchase, contract, integration, or dependency.

20.5. No exclusivity is created unless an Order expressly states otherwise.

21. Scope Changes

A request that materially changes the objective, business direction, customer, market, product, service, production burden, or work type requires a new or amended Order.

Seedcore will identify material scope changes before beginning additional work and may provide revised fees and timing.

22. Updates to These Work Details

22.1. Seedcore may update these Work Details for future purchases.

22.2. An update will not materially reduce the purchased scope of an active Order unless Client agrees or the change is legally or operationally necessary.

22.3. The version effective when Client purchases a Service governs that Order unless a later written agreement states otherwise.

Seedcore’s research may draw from:

4.1. Client-provided information.

4.2. Public company and product information.

4.3. Public databases and government sources.

(a) commissioned primary market research;

(b) statistical sampling;

(c) scientific experimentation;

(d) paid proprietary datasets;

(e) legal due diligence;

(f) financial auditing;

(g) formal customer interviews conducted by Seedcore;

(h) regulated industry certification; or

(i) independent verification of every Client statement.

Third-party information may be incomplete, outdated, estimated, biased, or later changed. Seedcore uses reasonable professional judgment but does not guarantee every external fact.

5. Education and Explanation

Seedcore provides education to help the Client understand and apply the work rather than merely receive conclusions.

Educational material may include:

5.1. Explanations of relevant business concepts.

5.2. The reasoning behind a recommendation.

5.3. Definitions and distinctions.

5.4. Examples and counterexamples.

5.5. Decision criteria.

5.6. Walkthroughs.

5.7. Frameworks.

5.8. Implementation instructions.

5.9. Risks and tradeoffs.

5.10. Common errors.

5.11. Supporting references and further reading.

5.12. Explanations of how different recommendations connect.

Education is project-specific but is not an accredited course, certification, academic program, or substitute for licensed professional training.

6. Resources and Supporting Material

Depending on the project, Seedcore may provide:

6.1. Templates.

6.2. Worksheets.

6.3. Checklists.

6.4. Scripts.

6.5. Examples.

6.6. Reference libraries.

6.7. Research collections.

6.8. Databases or lists.

6.9. Operating tools.

6.10. Decision frameworks.

6.11. External educational resources.

6.12. Vendor or software examples.

8.6. Positioning direction.

8.7. Offer and pricing structure.

8.8. Validation plan.

8.9. Sales-motion design.

8.10. Customer-acquisition direction.

8.11. Product direction and feature priorities.

8.12. Trust, proof, and onboarding recommendations.

8.13. Website or messaging analysis.

8.14. Business-model development.

8.15. Revenue-path analysis.

(a) unlimited advisory access;

(b) unlimited revisions;

(c) a standing retainer;

(d) a new engagement;

(e) a replacement for Guided Implementation;

(a) locate relevant project information;

(b) ask follow-up questions;

(c) understand Deliverables;

(d) compare options;

(e) apply recommendations;

(f) retrieve education and resources; and

(g) maintain continuity after delivery.

Seedcore Intelligence does not:

(a) independently operate the Client’s business;

(b) take external actions;

(c) guarantee factual accuracy;

(d) replace human judgment;

(e) provide licensed professional advice;

(a) targeted additional research;

(b) one supplemental Deliverable;

(c) a limited implementation-assistance task;

(d) review and revision guidance;

(e) a specification, outline, script, draft, or decision structure; or

(f) another project-specific strategic need reasonably connected to the original engagement.

A bounded request does not include:

(a) a new complete strategy;

(b) an unrelated business project;

(c) unlimited revisions;

(d) production-heavy assets;

(e) full website or software development;

(f) ongoing campaign management;

(g) done-for-you sales or marketing;

(h) work requiring a specialist not included in the Order; or

(i) work that cannot reasonably be completed within the weekly capacity reserved.

Unless the Order states otherwise:

(a) requests must be submitted during the applicable week;

(b) unused requests do not accumulate or convert to cash;

(c) calls and support expire at the end of the engagement;

(c) engineer product infrastructure;

(d) build or maintain a website;

(g) provide technical support to Client’s customers; or

(h) warrant technical architecture.

Seedcore may provide product direction, feature priorities, requirements, user flows, prototypes, examples, specifications, and review.

14.4. Design production

Seedcore does not provide a complete brand identity, production design system, final marketing asset library, or ongoing design production unless stated in an Order.

Seedcore may provide design direction, references, wireframes, drafts, examples, feedback, and specifications.

14.5. Legal, financial, tax, and regulatory work

Seedcore does not:

(a) act as legal counsel;

(j) certify regulatory compliance.

General educational discussion does not replace a licensed professional.

14.6. Fundraising execution

Seedcore does not guarantee funding, solicit securities, broker investments, make investor introductions, negotiate financing, or prepare regulated offering material unless lawful and expressly stated.

Seedcore may provide general fundraising readiness, narrative, research, material feedback, and strategic education.

14.7. Hiring and operations

Seedcore does not recruit employees, employ workers for Client, operate customer service, manage vendors, run fulfillment, procure inventory, or assume day-to-day business operations unless stated in an Order.

14.8. Guaranteed outcomes

Seedcore does not guarantee:

(a) validation;

(b) product-market fit;

(c) adoption;

(d) customers;

(e) revenue;

(f) profitability;

(g) funding;

(h) intellectual-property protection;

(i) legal compliance; or

(j) successful implementation.

15. Client-Controlled Implementation

Client remains solely responsible for:

15.1. Choosing whether to accept a recommendation.

15.2. Approving final materials.

15.3. Publishing, sending, launching, purchasing, hiring, building, or implementing.

(a) a new preference not previously communicated;

(b) new or corrected Client information;

(c) a material change in business direction;

(d) a new target customer, market, product, or service;

(e) a request for another Deliverable;

19.5. Inclusion of a third party does not create a warranty or continuing endorsement.

20. Service Boundaries and Relationship

20.1. Seedcore is an independent service provider.

20.2. Seedcore is not Client’s employee, officer, director, agent, partner, cofounder, fiduciary, or general contractor.

20.3. Seedcore cannot bind Client or make commitments on Client’s behalf.

20.4. Seedcore does not assume management authority over Client’s business.
